From the 15th to the 17 of December 2005, in association with the Italian Red Cross, The Senlis Council held a High-Level Policy Seminar "Bridging the Gap Between Public Health and Drug Policy" in Rome, at which the Rome Consensus for a Humanitarian Global Drug Policy was signed.
