Comite Des Sages

The Network of European Foundations has established a Comité des Sages consisting of European leaders, which met in Arrabida, Portugal in September, 2002, at a meeting hosted by Fondation Oriente. The Comité des Sages reviewed the current state of drug policy and released its Arrabida Conclusions during a press briefing held in Brussels on Friday 28th March.
